We are dedicated in helping our community to achieve healthcare excellence, form the youngest newborn child to the eldest geriatric patient. We do this by treating the whole patient through education and managing their acute and chronic conditions with high quality and compassionate care.
Our clinic has been servicing the beautiful Des Moines area since October of 1994. We have grown from a mere two-provider clinic to a five-provider clinic. We have three physicians and two physician assistants to treat all members of the family. All will coordinate care with referrals to specialist, if necessary.

Geriatric patient care must be provided in a teamwork approach, surrounded by a network of support.
Highline Extended Care Services offers healthcare for residents of long-term care and retirement facilities. Our team consists of a physician (MD) and nurse practitioners (ARNP)* who provide on-site medical care. We serve three life care facilities housing elderly residents in the city of Des Moines.
Our goal is to reduce the number of adverse health outcomes and hospitalizations by improving access to preventative care and encouraging healthcare prevention rather than disease management. Highline Extended Care Services assists patients that have limited mobility and difficulty traveling to receive medical care. Our program accommodates the medical needs of patients in life care facilities. We recognize that consideration must be given as to how decisions impact not only the patient, but their family as well. Therefore we understand the importance of communication with families and caregivers.

The Youth Health Center is a unique clinic, serving adolescents ages 13 to 19 years old. Clinical services include general family practice care, sports physicals, reproductive health, contraceptive management, women's exams, nutrition, depression, counseling, health education, and referrals to specialists as needed.
The Youth Health Center has been in its current location since January 1998 and serves teens in the entire South King County region. The Youth Health Center is a special practice in partnership with the King County Health Department, with associations with the Highline School District and Ruth Dykeman Family Services.
